RadClaws is the owner of https://www.radclaws.com. Use is restricted to persons competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (age 18+).

Service Role and Liability

RadClaws is the provider of services related to Amazon and other online marketplaces. All service contracts are strictly between RadClaws and the Buyer.

RadClaws makes no representation or warranty regarding the characteristics of its users.
RadClaws is not responsible for amounts paid directly to a third party outside of the Site's processes.

RadClaws retains the right to modify or discontinue the Site, features, or user accounts at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not upload, transmit, or share information that: infringes IP rights; is illegal, harmful, harassing, or defamatory; harms minors; contains viruses; or threatens national integrity or public order. Jurisdiction: Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Arbitration: Disputes will be referred to arbitration in Ahmedabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
